Rentalistry does not sell your personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page explains privacy choices that may be available under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and similar state privacy laws.
Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell your name, email address, property information, tenant information, application information, uploaded documents, or other personal identifiers to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service Provider Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, storage, security, email delivery, analytics, support, and payment services if payment features are used. These providers are expected to use personal information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
How to Submit a Request
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email us at contact@rentalistry.comwith the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Authorized Agents
If permitted by law, you may use an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Global Privacy Control
Some browsers or extensions allow you to send a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out signal. Because Rentalistry does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we treat this page as the primary explanation of our current practices. If our practices change, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy.
