Your Choice

You can opt out of Rentalistry marketing emails at any time. We respect your inbox and aim to make email preferences easy to manage.

How to Unsubscribe

Option 1 - Click the link in any marketing email: Every marketing email we send should include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will remove you from our marketing list or take you to a page where you can update your preferences.

Option 2 - Email us: Send a request to contact@rentalistry.comwith the subject "Unsubscribe" and the email address you want removed. We will process marketing opt-out requests as soon as practical and no later than 10 business days after receiving the request.

No Extra Steps Required

You do not need to pay a fee, create an account, log in, or provide unnecessary personal information to unsubscribe from marketing emails. We may ask only for information reasonably needed to identify the email address or subscription you want removed.

Transactional Emails

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional or service-related emails. If you have an active account or are involved in a rental workflow, you may still receive emails that are necessary to provide the Service, such as OTP verification codes, account security messages, password or MFA messages, application updates, lease reminders, rent receipts, maintenance updates, tenant invitations, document requests, and similar operational messages.

Mailing Address

Commercial marketing emails should include a valid physical postal address for Rentalistry. If our mailing address changes, we will update future marketing messages and this page as appropriate.
