Common questions

Free-trial FAQ

Will I be charged after creating an account?

No. Signup does not collect a payment method. You must separately approve a PayPal subscription to be charged after the trial.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

You can activate the monthly or annual founding plan. Without an active subscription, the owner workspace becomes read-only so existing records can still be reviewed and exported.

Is 20 properties a strict account limit?

No. Approximately 1–20 properties describes the present product and onboarding focus; it is not currently enforced as a billing tier.

What can I access while owner approval is pending?

You can complete the emailed sign-in code, sign in to view your approval status, and contact support. Property-management tools and rental records become available after approval.
